Walk With Me is a charity walk and fundraiser that seeks to normalise and raise awareness of palliative and end-of-life care, through the celebration of life and lives well lived. The event also seeks to raise much-needed funds to sustain HCA's programmes, which extend care and support to the terminally ill who choose to spend their last days at home, as well as their families, who are heavily involved in their care.

This second year of Walk With Me promises to be bigger and better as HCA Hospice commemorates its 35th anniversary! We hope to rally the community to partner us in Filling Up Lives with Purpose, Joy and Dignity for our end-of-life patients and their families.

Walk with us to show your support for terminally ill patients and their caregivers. The walk is inclusive and suited for people of different physical abilities, including children, seniors and those on wheelchairs. Be part of something truly special!
