As Singapore's largest home hospice care provider and a registered charity since 1989, HCA Hospice provides comfort and support to patients with life-limiting illnesses. Regardless of age, religion, ethnicity, nationality and financial status, we offer home hospice care at no charge. To date, we serve 3,800 patients and their families annually.

2018 HCA Hospice Care moves its headquarters to Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital. Fees for day hospice services are waived and all services are now free of charge. |
2021 Incorporated as HCA Hospice Limited, a Company Limited by Guarantee. |
2022 Opening of Oasis@Outram, HCA's third day hospice whose innovative care model redefines and pushes the envelope of hospice care. Launch of ACE (Active Caregiver Empowerment) programme |
2023 HCA Hospice receives the President's Certificate of Commendation in the 2022 National Awards (COVID -19). Launch of Project Kindle, a programme to strengthen support and young people going through the devastating loss of a parent at a tender age. |
